It's not even December, and I've let myself get overwhelmed...shopping, christmas party preparations, cleaning house, making gifts...ugh! Why do I do this to myself??
get a head of green leaf or romaine lettuce wash it and tear it or cut it into bite size pieces. chop up tomatoes, red onion, and some peppercinis, top with italian dressing. Best salad ever! just make sure you chop everything small enough so it mixes thoughout the whole salad :) My mouth is watering just thinking about it mmmmmmmm
