I know I haven't been updating enough...and I'm sorry (haha, I act like people actually read this...haha)
Work has been so busy for me, and then life has been busy on top of that.
Cole's dad is in the hospital. Last tuesday he had surgery, and is still there recovering, so say a prayer for him!
Cole's been driving a bit more. Last week he took a load to Nebraska! it took twice as long as planned because of nasty weather! I was nervous the whole time he was gone!
The kids are good...Shyler can't wait to make cookies for Santa tomorrow!
My Christmas shopping is done. Now I can't wait to give the presents out! Hope everyone likes what I bought and what Santa brings! :)

A long overdue post...

November just flew by!! Here is a post about the things that happened...

Shyler turned 5. She had a party with friends and cousins and loved playing with all of them.

Here is the cake I made her. She LOVES littlest pet shops, and the invite had one on it, so i attempted to make a cake that looked similar to the invite.

This is the group picture of all the kids at the party...YES, I am totally crazy!!! It was a madhouse! haha. But the kids seemed to enjoy it, so I'll just call it a success...

Thanksgiving we spent at Cole's grandmother's house. Here is a pic of the kid table. It was a nice small get together. I always enjoy getting together with family for any reason!

Then it was time for my sister Kimberly's baby shower. Kim is pregnant with twin boys and my aunt and cousin's threw a shower for her. She's only like 30 weeks in this pic!! She still has a ways to go!

Cole's grandparents were visiting from Colorado over Thanksgiving weekend and they brought along their pug/chihuahua mix puppy, Chooch! He was so cute and a lot of fun! The kids LOVED him!

In rolls December...Cole's cousin Scott got married Saturday and they asked Easton to be a ring bearer. Doesn't he look cute in his tux!

It's not even December, and I've let myself get overwhelmed...shopping, christmas party preparations, cleaning house, making gifts...ugh! Why do I do this to myself??

My little girl turned 5 today!! Time has just flown by! I am so grateful to be her mommy. She's my beautiful little angel and I love her more than anything!!

Dancing Queens

My little sister Kassie took Shyler and Tayla last Saturday and they worked all day on a dance routine, and then they performed it for us. It was pretty cute and they were very excited. They printed and delivered us our special invitations!

Funny Story about Easton...

So, the other night I was at my mom's house for my neice MaKenzie's birthday party...Well we were supposed to wear costumes, and I decided not to wear my devil costume, I wore a really long blonde/yellow wig and a coconut bra instead. Well Easton had fallen down or something and was crying for his mommy. I went over and picked him up to snuggle him, like a good mommy should...he looked at me, continued crying and saying, "I want my mommy!"...I said, "Easton, I am your mommy."...He stopped crying, looked at me funny...then started laughing, when he realized, that in fact, I was his mommy! It was pretty funny. We all got a good laugh out of it!

I just love the kids costumes this year. Shyler chose to be a princess(surprise, surprise)! My sister Kimberly found this place tossing out prom dresses with the tags still on them, claiming they were defective...so we took them and adjusted them for our girls. I love Shyler's, it turned out very pretty, and it was pretty simple to alter.

I love love love Easton's costume this year. I borrowed the bike from my friend Amanda's son, Dylan. Thanks bud! I got some adult tattoo sleeves and adjusted them. And I even made his vest. I just think he looks sooo cute!
