Hey, as far as training for a half, you can see exactly what i have been doing as far as working out and running on my running blog. But if you have ran 5 or 6 miles, that is awesome. go for a run atleast 3 or 4 times a week, and do one 12 mile run about 2 weeks before the race and you'll be ready! that's awesome!
