I decided to bottle my pears...it seemed the easiest thing to do... I began immediately after getting home last night- cutting and peeling the pears. Shyler wanted to help too...she's quite the little peeler. :)
I think I finished around 8:15 or so... took forever! Just for like 16 jars... oh well, it's worth it I guess... Friday there will be a big peach bottling party at my mom's place.....here i come!

Lol, it probably would have taken me until midnight. Even if I started first thing in the morning, lol!
Yeah, pears are A LOT of work. It's nice that you had help. I think I ended up with 12 pints, and 1 pint of pear butter. Took forever!
